Welcome to Timber Lodge 365. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase of our residential log cabins, garden rooms, and professional services. By placing an order for a log house in Ireland, you accept these terms in full. Our goal is to provide a transparent and professional experience, ensuring that every bespoke timber home we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Order Confirmation and Payment Structure
To initiate the manufacturing of your timber home kit, a formal order confirmation is required. We operate on a clear 30/70 payment plan: an initial 30% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your production slot. The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before delivery. All log cabin kits for sale remain the property of Timber Lodge 365 until the final payment has been received in full.
Key Terms of Agreement:
- Free Delivery: We offer free nationwide delivery to all 32 counties, provided there is suitable HIAB truck access.
- 10-Year Warranty: A structural guarantee applies to all cabins, provided they are maintained and treated correctly.
- Site Preparation: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a level and solid foundation is ready before the assembly process begins.
- Cancellations: Deposits for bespoke designs may be non-refundable once production has commenced.
- Planning Permission: The customer is responsible for ensuring all local planning regulations for residential log cabins are met.
Timber Lodge 365 reserves the right to adjust lead times based on manufacturing capacity or seasonal demand. While we strive for perfection, wood is a natural material, and minor variations in grain or color are a normal characteristic of Siberian spruce. Our professional assembly service is performed by certified teams to ensure the longevity of your insulated timber home.
