Since many of our bespoke timber houses are manufactured to order, cancellation terms may vary depending on the production stage. If you receive a log cabin kit with any damaged or missing parts, we act immediately to rectify the situation. We ask that all components be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event of a defect, we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent out as a priority, ensuring your assembly process is not delayed.
