• Any installation work carried out by third parties not authorized by us may void warranties.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

• All cabins come with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee and standard manufacturer warranty.

• Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, extreme weather, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Due to the custom-made nature of our cabins, returns are generally not accepted once production has started.

• If the cabin arrives damaged or with defects, customers must notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide repair, replacement, or alternative solutions.
